Top bar

The top bar is the grey bar in the upper right of the screen. It helps every agent to keep the situation under control every moment, because it reports some of the data there’re in the dashboard.

Open it by clicking on the little white arrow on the right.

Access to the 5 last tickets of your most important clients

Last 5 top client tickets

Click on Top client ticket.

Click on the ticket you want to read – the content of the ticket will appear in blue.

Access to the 5 last tickets set as priority

Last 5 priority tickets

Click on Priority ticket.

Click on the ticket you want to read – the content of the ticket will appear in blue.

Access to the 5 last tickets you haven't already replied to

Last 5 pending tickets

Click on Pending tickets.

Click on the ticket you want to read – the content of the ticket will appear in blue.
