Is it really for free? No catch?
No credit card involved?

Yep. You can use Deskero as you wish: it’s totally free and will stay like that forever. Nope, we don’t need your credit card: there’s no commitment and you can drop out at any time. And if you need to upgrade to a more complete plan, you can do it anytime and maintain all your data.

What are “agents”, anyway?

They are the people in charge of taking care of your customers: the guys and girls who will receive tickets and answer them. Deskero charges you “per agent”: that means you’ll only pay for the Number of people that are actually using the software.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will bill you monthly. Of course our enterprise customers can opt for invoicing. Need to know more? Contact Us

How can I upgrade or downgrade?

Of course, anytime! You can change plan freely: it’s as simple as clicking on them in your Account Settings.

How do I drop out?

If you are paying monthly you can say goodbye any time you want (even though we’ll miss you badly!) and there will be no penalties: Deskero is a pay-as-you-go service. Just go to your Settings page and choose “quit”: we’ll send you the current month's billing and that will be that, no problem.

My trial is expiring! What now?

At the end of the trial you’ll be asked to choose which plan you prefer in order to continue using the service. Still in doubt? No problem: before the end of your trial we’ll get in contact with you, in order to understand your needs and see if we can help you decide which plan works best for you.

What if I need an annual payment?

Of course you can have it, and we’ll even throw in a discount for you! Contact Us to see what we can do for you!

Can I pay in my own currency?

Sure! This option is available, but only for the yearly subscriptions.

Do I get a discount?

Of course: you can subscribe annually and save big on any plan!

If I stop using the service, do I get a refund?

Nope, sorry. If you have problems with Deskero please contact us: we’ll do our best to help you make a great use of the software. However, we cannot refund you for what has already been payed for!

How much do I have to pay for mobile & chat integration?

Nothing at all – it’s ready to kick in!! Mobile support is already included in your subscription plan!

How safe is my data?

Completely. Deskero relies on the most up-to-date security standards in order to give your data top notch safety and total availability.

Everything is great but I need a custom feature/special set-up/personalized workflow that is not available. Will you help me out?

Sure thing: we love to work with our customers, in order to perfectly integrate their specific tools and methods into our software. Just get in touch with us with a short description of what you need, and we’ll be happy to see what we can do about it!
